About

We will visit Anthologia, an exhibition presented by The Violet Hour which takes place over three locations in Notting Hill. Starting at 22 St Luke's Mews with breakfast, we will have a walking tour of all three locations, led by the artist Beatrice Hasell-McCosh.

For 12 months, Anthologia invited one artist each month to respond to a poem, creating a sequence of intimate encounters between contemporary visual practice and enduring literary voices. The resulting works explore the ways in which poetry can act as a catalyst for visual thinking, generating conversations around memory, nature, landscape, love, loss, time and the imagination.
